Sewage submerged pump

Features:

1. This sewage submerged pump adopts double blade impeller structure, which greatly improves the passing capacity of sewage

2. The mechanical seal adopts a new friction pair and operates in the oil chamber for a long time;

3. The overall structure is compact, small volume, low noise, remarkable energy-saving effect, convenient maintenance, convenient for users to replace;

4. The automatic control cabinet can automatically control the pump's override and stop according to the required liquid level change, without the need of special person's care, so it is very convenient to use;

5. The installation mode can be provided according to the user's needs, which makes installation and maintenance very convenient, and people can enter the sewage pit without doing this;

6. It can be used within the design range, and the motor will not overload;

7. The mechanical seal adopts a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten titanium material, which can make the pump operate safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.

Working conditions:

1. The medium temperature is not more than 40 ℃, the medium density is not more than 1150Kg / m3, and the pH value is in the range of 5-9;

2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters;

4. The annual viscosity of conveying slurry shall not exceed 1000CP;

5. When the product is working, it must be completely submerged, but the diving depth shall not exceed 10m.

6. The material is cast iron, which can not be used in strong corrosive or corrosive medium;
