Product Description


COSLLINK home storage system pack product takes lithium iron phosphate battery as the core and is equipped with a high-performance battery management system (BMS), which allows the pack featuring high safety, improved energy density and long cycle life. Based on the application requirements of home energy storage batteries and different household PV systems,  this products have been uniquely designed and innovated in terms of compatibility, energy density, power density, safety, operability and product appearance, bringing users an excellent energy storage application experience.


Main Functions


● Status monitoring: Supports voltage, temperature, and voltage and current detection of the entire pack and each battery cell.

● Alarm management: Supports alarms of different abnormal states such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, high- and low-temperature.

● Protection: Protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, high- and low-temperature, cell failure, hardware failure and others .

● Information uploading: Supports alarm and status data upload through RS485, RS232, and CAN interfaces.

● Parallel connection: Supports max. 16 packs connected in parallel.


Application Scenarios


The is energy storage pack can be used with newly installed household photovoltaic systems or existing household photovoltaic system (retrofit to use with energy storage) transformation scene. The product adopts natural heat dissipation method and is mainly installed at indoor spaces such as garages, basements or other places to store photovoltaic panel generated power. Charging time of the product is 2~5h, and the maximum discharge depth is controlled below 90% for enhanced performance.

Instructions for Use


Sleep mode

The battery pack will enter the low-power mode/sleep mode when any of the following occurs:

1) Any single cell or total pack's  over-discharge protection has not been released within 30 seconds;

2) Reset button released after being pressed for 3 seconds;

3) Minimum cell voltage lower than the sleep-mode voltage, and the duration reaches the allowed delay duration (while there is no communication, no protection, no balance activity,  and no current);

4) Pack standby time exceeding 24 hours (while there is no communication, no charge or discharge);

5) Forced shutdown through the host computer software.

The battery pack will not ente the sleep mode when its input end is connected to an external voltage.


Wakeup mode

The battery pack will exit the sleep mode mode and enter wakeup mode/operation mode when any of the following occurs:

1) Connected to a charger with an output voltage higher than 48V;

2) Reset button released after being pressed for 3 seconds;

3) Activated by RS232 communication (unavailable if any single cell or total pack is in over-discharge protection);

Remarks: The battery pack enters sleep mode if any single cell or the whole pack is in over-discharge protection. When this occurs, the pack will automatically try to wake up every 4 hours and turns on the charge and discharge MOS. If the pack can be charged this way, it will exit the sleep mode; if it cannot be charged after 10 consecutive automatic wake-ups, it will stop trying.
