Process Flow of HDPE/PE Pipe Production line



Raw material+ Masterbatch → Feeding Machine →Drier Hopper→ Single Screw Extruder →Co-extruder for color string & Multi Layers → Mould → Vacuum Calibration Tank → Water Spraying Cooling Tank → Haul-off Machine→ Cutting Machine →Stacker or Double Position Coiler
